Sleep Like a Baby

Sleeping problems…please help.?

I have had sleeping problems for a while. I usually go to sleep at 8am some days, and 2pm some days. Then I will wake up at 9pm or 11pm or even 1pm. I am 13 years old and I take anger pills. I don’t want to take sleeping pills because I don’t like taking to many pills. I have no stress at all due to the pills and I am home schooled now for some other reasons not due to this. When I try doing a sleep schedule it has no affect to me. I am not doing surgery. I don’t snore. Please help me. It is really getting annoying waking up at like 2am. There is no family history of sleeping problems.

Your nervous system is over-stimulated. Your anger pills sedate specific neurons or the nervous system, but not all neurons. Sleeplessness is simply another symptoms of neurons that need sedating. Do this naturally and not only will you sleep, but you may not need your anger pill either. Do you drink milk. If so, ask Mom to buy only organic whole milk (none others are fully organic). Also ask her to rewash your bedding in unscented detergent only and skip the fabric softener. Avoid everything scented.
