What’s up with my cat?

He sneezes pretty often, he grunts and snores when he sleeps, and his nose is often runny, which is no fun when you like rubbing heads with your cat!
I’ve delt with much feline leukimia so i know for sure that these aren’t sypmtoms of that, but i dont know much about feline allergies. Could that be a possibility? If so, what can i do to help him? He is 8 years old, and nutered.
