Sleep Like a Baby

MY DOG WAS PUT TO SLEEP ABOUT 2WEEKS AGO ,BUT…..?

well we went to take my dog to be put sleep and when we toke her is so she wouldn’t suffer , but they didn’t put her to sleep right away it toke them about 15 min. and before they did put her to sleep they asked us that they couldn’t find her vein and if they wanted us for them to just stab her in the heart with the thing to put her to sleep ,we said no and so they proceded and later found the vein i was glad after i heard her snore. ” d o you think its fair that we paid , should it have been FREE!!!!

I am so sorry for your loss, I have been there many times myself.
But to just let you know it is just like trying to find the vein on a human for an injection.
At times it can be very difficult.
Most vets will shave the area before injecting.
Saying you think it should have been free, No.
Your still greiving and look back on it as a bad experience.
I have had it happen as well that it took forever for my vet to find the vein. It hurts all the more because you know why you are there and you just want it to end because of all the sadness you already have.
Just know you and the vet did the right thing and get past your anger.
It is time to remember and cherish all the wonderful times you and your dog had together, don`t lose sight of that.
