Sleep Apnea?
How do you know if you have sleep apnea. I’m 35 and I snore like crazy ppl get so annoyed by it and it drives them nuts. They can hear me outside and also in another room and definatley do not want to sleep in my bed; It doesn’t matter how much I weigh I’ve noticed i could be tottaly skinny or a little on the chunky side. I’ve been goin to a cardiologist because I’ve had 2 abnromal EKG’S although my dr. doesn’t think i’ve ever had a heart attack and is this related?
Snoring is a sign of a possible sleep disorder. Take these quizzes and if you score 9 or more, take the results to your doctor and tell him about the snoring issue. Snoring can be fixed and if so, he can get a GOOD nights sleep. A good nights sleep will reduce his chances of a heart attack, it could bring down your blood pressure.
