How can I get my husband to stop snoring short of surgery. The nasal strips do not work. We can’t sleep?

They have a spray out now – I think it’s called “Snore Stop”. Any drug store has it – you spray it in your throat before bedtime. It really works. My husband uses it – the strips didn’t work for him either.
