My friend is here from out of town and Snoring like a monster?

I cant sleep, my tv is on, and I can still here him. If I throw something at him he stops but then starts back up again. I’m really irritated. Is there a solution?
He is in another room and my door is closed and its so loud. I bet my neighbors can hear him too.

I Snore something awful, and am reminded of it on business trips when I share a room with someone. I have enough rapport with them that we kind of joke about it, but then I promise (and actually do) buy some Breathe Right Strips and Breathe Right Snore Spray. Apparently, that seems to help.

Foam ear plugs are also good – especially the ones designed to significantly reduce noise. You kind of squeeze/roll them before inserting them, and they expand to block the sound.
