my bed partner snores loudly n i dont get a wink of sleep.

Ask him to turn to his side or stomach to sleep. He may also be able to counter part of the snoring by using Breathe Right strips or something similar to open his nasal passages up which will allow more air to pass into his lungs while he sleeps:) If the snoring is sever, he may need to consult a physician to see if he has sleep apnea–a dangers disorder.
