So you go to bed with your spouse or whomever and you’re almost asleep but not quite then you hear it glass shaking,head pounding ear rumbling snoring again this iis the third night ion a row so you get up and go sleep in another room.

Does this sound familar? Well if you can learn what causes snoring you can stop the snoring. I did I learned what caused snoring and what to do to stop it. Fat deposits can accumlate in the nasal passage. Also having a sore throat or a cold or the flu can also be causes of snoring due to the swelling in the throat. Age and poor fitness are also contributing factors to snoring.
