Trouble sleeping with any noise?

I cant sleep with any noise. If I hear someone even breathing, I become wide awake and very mad. I tend to throw things like pillows or anything around me at people, if they are making any noise while I’m trying to sleep.If someone is snoring, I make them leave my room, but then I lie awake most of the night because I cant fall aseep because they were snoring. Its really frustrating. Does anyone know any ways i can stop this behavior?

Two things: 1 try Advil PM as you will not wake up at night as much ans have a better night’s sleep. 2. the foam earplugs usually orange or pink. the ones that give you the highest ratting of noise stoppage on the label in DB. BTW 10 DB is ten times the sound loudness. so earplugs with a 25 is only 1/10 as good as blocking noise as a rating of 35. The foam ones last longest and don’t bother your ears.
