Is something wrong with my dog?

Lately I have noticed that my dog seems to be congested. He snores all the time when he’s asleep. When he’s awake he’s constantly snorting and it sounds like he needs to blow his nose.
My dog is 5 year old miniature schnauzer. He hasn’t been kept in a kennel lately but we just moved from Los Angeles to Seattle and it is cold.

He could have kennel cough, which is highly contagious between dogs. You may want to take him to a vet.
