Snore Snoring

What is this with the whole death with snoring?
I am a 54 year old male with high blood pressure. I heard somewhere that you can die from snoring, I do snore very loudly and I am sure I have sleep apnea. Is this article true?
I do also gasp during my sleep
I read it on an article on the daily mail
I personally think there is not enough evidence about this but I may be wrong…
You probably have Sleep Apnea. Get tested. If you are fairly heavy with a big belly that can TEST as sleep apnea. Lose all that weight. (as I am doing right now–I was 249 at the time I was tested) I have got it down to 210 now,,I’m hoping he will re-test me in Sept. )
